Optimum has the fourth position in the list of the best cable TV and Internet service providers in the United States. It is a company specializing in offering its customers the best services and opportunities, taking responsibility for their needs.
To keep their users interested in the company’s services, they have several payment systems where ease is the main feature. Each mechanism is different to suit the convenience of the customers.
Optimum net pay bill
The procedure for making a one-time payment for the full amount of your Optimum bill is simple. You can do it from your cell phone by logging into your account, looking up the nose for the month, and clicking “make my payment.”
Enter the bill amount and select one of the cards registered for payments. At this same moment, you can add a new credit card. When you have chosen the payment method, click on “continue.”
Before proceeding with the payment, you will see all the payment information, your account number, the service to be paid, and the total amount. After a final review, click “pay,” You’re done.
Payment by phone
Technology is not everyone’s cup of tea yet. Some may prefer traditional payment methods, and Optimum offers to pay your bills over the phone. To complete this, you must have your provider’s number, which you can also find on your bill payment.
You can also access the automated system, dial 1 – 866 – 213 – 7456, and an operator will answer you; you must pay attention to all the options you will be given to dial the appropriate ones.
Before making the call, you will need to have your credit or debit card nearby to complete the payment; the company accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover. Another way to complete payment over the phone is to ask to speak to an agent.
In one of the options offered in the last number, you can request to speak to a vendor. One of the company’s representatives will help you complete the payment smoothly, although you should be aware that they will charge a transaction fee.
Use the Optimum Pay My Bill method
If you prefer your payments to be automatic, you can join the Optimum Pay My Bill method by linking your bank account or debit/credit card to your Optimum performance. You don’t have to worry about monthly fees because they will be deducted automatically.
To activate it, you must go to the company’s online page and register with your username and password. Once inside, select the automatic payments option and enter the requested bank information.
The page will inform you of the days of the month in which you will make the deduction. You do not have to worry about different beliefs because they do not exist; the company only has additional charges for telephone payments, thanks to one of the agents.
If you decide to cancel the method, log back into your online account and disable the automatic payment.
Pay at one of the payment offices
If you have problems with any of the above options, you will have to go to one of the offices set up for face-to-face payments; the payment centers are located in different country areas.
If you don’t know which one is closest to you, you need to go to Optimum’s website and see the map with all their offices. Ensure you understand the customer service hours and go only at those times.
