Brooks Brother’s Credit Card Payment Types
To meet the monthly payment of credit card bills an account can be created on the website of Brooks Brothers to manage the payments. But there is also the alternative of paying by phone or mail. Each fits a different need.
Online Payments
Entering the Brooks Brothers website, you will find the login form underneath the option “register your card”.
When you click on it, you will be automatically redirected to a new page where you will be asked to enter your credit card number to continue.
If you do not have it handy, you can click on “I do not have my card handy” and access the confirmation form, where you must enter the name of the card owner and other information related to the data found in the billing.
The new account associated with the credit card is accessed, where you can find all the billing information and transactions made so far. To pay, click on the “make payment” option.
A box will appear to enter the amount to be paid and the options to add the bank details of the current account used to pay the invoices. You can activate automatic monthly or weekly payments to avoid delays and additional fees.
When all the corresponding information is added and certified to be correct, you can press “pay“, and the transaction is ready.
Payments by Mail
If you have a money order or check for a credit card payment, it should be mailed to Brooks Card Payments P.O. Box 9001006, Louisville, KY 40290 – 1006. If it is an overnight payment, the mailing address will be Brooks Card Overnight Delivery/Express Payments Attn: Consumer Payment Dept. 6716 Grade Lane, Building 9, Suite 910 Louisville, KY 40213.
It is essential to include the Brooks Brothers account number on the check mailed to know the card for which payment is being made. Please remember that you should make payments well in advance to avoid delays and penalties for failure to submit payment by the due date.
Payments by telephone
Another effective alternative to complete the credit card payment is to call the customer service telephone number 1 – 866 – 335 – 6230. You must have all the information of the card and the bank account with which you will make the payment.
That way, you can provide the appropriate information when the agent asks for it, and the procedure will be faster and more effective.
In-store payments
This alternative is only available for Brooks Brother’s card payments in-store. The alternative is not an option for Brooks Brothers MasterCard holders. If you have the appropriate card, please go to the cashier and request payment of the bill.

As mentioned earlier, there are two credit cards available with Brooks Brothers. The first alternative is the standard one, where you enjoy four points for every dollar spent in-store or on the website.
Upon accumulating 2,000 points, a $20 reward certificate is mailed along with the next billing period. With the MasterCard, the benefits are the same, but with the addition of free shipping on all product returns.
