How does the return and exchange policy work in LOFT?
Items purchased at a LOFT physical store can only be returned in person, not by mail. Likewise, LOFT Outlet merchandise can only be exchanged or returned at a LOFT Outlet store.
To make a return, the customer has 30 days from the purchase to make a full refund in the manner in which the merchandise was paid or exchanged for the same purchase value.
If the return is made after 30 days, the money will be refunded for the product’s current price, not the purchase price. Likewise, the funds will not be refunded in the way it was paid, but in the form of credit for different items or to make an exchange with the same value.
The receipt of payment must be presented to receive reimbursement in the form in which the merchandise was paid. Otherwise, the return can be made, but the money will be credited with the price of the return date in the form of credit.
You need to show valid identification to receive this merchandise credit without receiving payment for the purchase. If purchased with a debit or credit card, present the card number to the system to corroborate the purchase.
Quick Exchange Service
If you want to exchange a LOFT item, you can consult the store’s Quick Exchange Service, which will exchange the item safely.
To make this exchange, you must call the LOFT Quick Exchange Service at 1-888-563-8444. All the garment specifications will be made over the phone, and they will place the order and then send it to you.
As you already have the card registered, an instant recharge will be made from the credit account if there is any difference in the price. LOFT will pay the shipping costs of the exchange.
You can also use this service to ask for guidance when returning to a physical store or a process on the website. In addition, we will help you to make the return in our online store or your nearest store.
How to Return in LOFT
If an item is returned through the website, the customer must follow the steps that the LOFT email will generate when requesting a return. The first thing to do is to print the return label that the LOFT system will send you.
When packing the order with the item to be returned, it must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and include the return invoice already printed, along with the receipt of payment for the purchase. The only labels on the packaging must be the ones generated by LOFT.
Once everything is ready, hand the package to a local United States Postal Service (USPS) carrier or take it to the USPS location closest to you. They will take care of shipping and receiving the package. They will also contact you for the shipment of the new one.
When the package is ready to ship, follow all the previous steps mentioned above. You can also select a carrier of your choice, say FedEx, USPS, or UPS. You pay in advance the return shipping costs, and that’s it.

Items that are the exception to the return policy
There are exceptions to the return or exchange policy. Therefore, you should be very aware of the product you are purchasing to know whether it is possible when you exchange it.
Final sale merchandise
All merchandise marked “final sale” does not fall under the policy of returns or exchanges; this means that they cannot be returned or exchanged, even if you have the receipt of payment. This merchandise can also be identified by the $0.44, $0.77, or $0.88 terminations.
Gift Cards
Gift cards have terms and conditions, so they are not fully consistent with LOFT’s return and exchange policy for its products. You will find all the requirements for using or returning the card on the back of the card.

How to cancel an order in Loft
