- Choose whether you would like to work full-time, part-time, in the morning or evening and on a permanent or temporary basis
- Enter your previous employment history with dates up to 10 years ago
- If you have a resume, upload it
- Prove your U.S. citizenship
- Write your skills
Fill out the Walmart employment questionnaire
Fill the questionnaire asking about your age and any conviction of felony, theft, fraud, or a violent crime.
Also, fill in your qualification, whether you are a student, the lowest expected salary, your employment experience, whether they can contact your previous employers, and when you can start working.
Take the Walmart pre-employment assessment test
After submitting the Walmart Employment Questionnaire, you will be prompted to take an assessment. There will be a quick slideshow presentation to watch and complete 65 questions in five sections.
