The list of restaurants on DoorDash is extensive but growing constantly. Last September 18, the delivery company announced it would join the community of stores that take orders through the app with new members. We already know that many restaurants, local businesses, and global companies are associated with DoorDash.
These different names are divided by categories, where you can find the company according to the name of the store or the type of products they sell and that you want to buy. The delivery platform confirmed that new members have signed up to be part of DoorDash and market their products through this food platform.
What makes DoorDash stand out is the possibility it gives to different stores and supermarkets to sell their products more efficiently and faster. It is also a great benefit for customers, who will receive their orders at their doorstep without moving from their place.
DoorDash Marketplace’s new partners
With this new update on the brands that joined the list, primarily small businesses, the delivery company shows that any business can access this platform to sell and reach more people as long as they comply with the corresponding requirements imposed by the San Francisco-based company.
DoorDash’s VP of New Verticals, Fuad Hannon, has recognized the online food ordering app’s effort to incorporate new partners to the list, regardless of the social recognition they possess, since the important thing is the quality of the groceries, assuring that the recently added companies recognize that the food ordering and delivery platform is a “source of incremental growth.”
Like any entrepreneurial ambition, Hannon confirmed that at the company, they strive to “be the rising tide that lifts all boats, driving growth for retailers while helping consumers stock up on groceries whenever and however is best for them.”
Among the new restaurants and food businesses added to the existing categories (Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Offers, Pets, Packages, Snacks, Beauty, Flowers, Gifts, DashMart, Drugstore, Apparel, Pantry, Home Goods, etc.).
