How To Join
Tri Delta’s host institutions determine the recruitment process. The women are encouraged to participate in the recruitment process by completing the referral form.

The valuable information gained through referrals and references helps the chapter initiate quality conversations with potential new members and learn more about them during the recruitment process. The chapter can contact the person submitting the reference or referral to provide more information about the potential new member, but the alumnae are not allowed to contact the branch to know about the recruitment status of the potential new members.
As per Bylaws of Tri Delta, the chapters do not require references for membership. However, some chapters use references as a way to learn more about potential new members.
Selecting candidates for collegiate membership is solely the responsibility of each collegiate chapter. Moreover, the membership selection process is very confidential.
Through the membership selection process, Tri Delta gets to know potential new members they think are a good fit for the organization in a better way and gives potential new members an opportunity to learn more about Tri Delta and decide if it is the organization for them.
