How can I request my return?

Return requests through the physical stores

If the item was a gift and you have the gift receipt, you will get the refund through store credit. If you do not have the proof of purchase, the refunded amount will be below the original purchase, and you will have 180 days to request it.
Finally, suppose your purchase was paid for using more than one payment method. If they include credit cards, the amount paid through them will be refunded through the credit card and the remainder through a Macy’s Happy Returns card or a merchandise-only certificate.
What are the return policies according to the items?
In the case of Apple products, your return applies for 14 days after purchase. They can only be returned in stores that sell Apple products or by mail. Returns are accepted for backstage merchandise within 30 days of purchase, include the original tags invoice, and must be in brand new condition. In addition, refunds can only be requested at Macy’s Backstage.
